This statement is deep inside me and I have carried it for many years. It is the breeding ground for everything I have achieved that I am proud of. There are those who feed on anger and it gives them a source of creativity. For me, calm and balance is fundamental. Calmness allows me to take a step back. To break out of my limited vision.
This serenity sharpens my perception. Instead of a cornered cat, I am a shaman. I see value in places I previously ignored. This vision then drives me. I am eager to discover the world, but even more, I am keen to discover myself. I discover an urge to write, to speak, to pray, to read, to create.
A shaman still sees what needs to be done. He explores the depths of his soul and brings the treasure to the surface. A shaman knows no end of work, no retirement. So don’t be satisfied with your output. With your output. But stay honest and calm.
